The date you enter for payment, excluding weekends and holidays, is the date we will issue payment. • Can't find the merchant that you want to pay? Ask us to add it! Click on Request New Merchant (found under Bill Payer) to submit the merchant's name, address, and phone number to us. Our staff will contact the merchant to verify the information before adding them to our database and contact you once the merchant has been added. This takes approximately two business days.

Security Features Designed To Protect You & Your Financial Information

  • Split Login Screens - On the initial login screen, you are required to correctly enter your member number and 4-digit Audio PIN (the same used for your Pelican Teller access). On the next screen you will be asked to use the on-screen keypad to enter your case-sensitive passcode. This keypad prevents someone from recording the keystrokes to enter your password. Multiple incorrect entries on either login screen will lock access to your Pelican@Net account until you verify account information by calling us during business hours. The new online PIN/password reset form is not currently setup to handle resets for exceeding the maximum invalid logon attempts.
  • Prevent Unauthorized Access - Setup your personal security questions to prevent access on a computer that you did not validate or authorize. You may validate up to one computer that you usually use to access your online banking, and if that computer is not the one being used to login to your account, you (or anyone else trying to access your account) must answer the security question correctly before being granted access your online banking account. Also, conveniently change your audio PIN and password as necessary within Pelican@Net.
  • Personalized Access Verification - Choose your own wallpaper display image and custom phrase to greet you once you're securely logged in so you can verify that you are in fact accessing your Pelican@Net online banking account and not a false phishing online banking website designed to scam you.
