Pelican State Credit Union youth accounts give our community's most impressionable members the right impression when it comes to managing money.
Kids, teens, and young grads are exclusively eligible for one of three age-appropriate savings accounts. No, it's not a place for play money — rather real-world dividend earnings and invaluable financial education!

Make inroads on good saving habits long before any income. An allowance is all kids need to learn super-powered savings lessons from Petey the Pelican — Louisiana's foremost flying financial expert.

Get paid for your hard-earned grades, and apply for a Pelican State Credit Union Scholarship towards college tuition. Team Varsity members are exclusively eligible for a $500 Pelican State CU Scholarship, with one deserving senior graduate rewarded by each branch. Cash in each semester and exchange A's on your report card for cash in your pocket!
