Pelican Teller
Pelican Teller is Pelican State Credit Union's automated telephone system that allows members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members can make withdrawals, transfer funds, make loan payments, view listing of cleared checks and deposits made - plus much more! All you need is an Audio PIN (personal identification number) and a telephone!
How do I get a PIN?
Call any branch to receive your first Audio PIN, and after accessing Pelican Teller, change your PIN to any number you want. Remember to make your PIN a number that is easy to remember, and to keep this number confidential. Don't forget that this PIN is used for logging into e-Access.
How do I use Pelican Teller?
- Call 225-408-6100 or 1-800-351-4877
- After the automated system answers, press 2
- Enter your member account number followed by the # key.
- Enter your transaction code followed by the # key.
Transaction Codes:
1 - Share (Savings)/Checking Balances
2 - Loan Balances
3 - VISA Card System
4 - Share/Loan Histories or Cleared Drafts
5 - Opportunity Line of Credit Advance by Check
6 - Additional Services
8 - Transfers
9 - Share Withdrawals by Check
