Are You Changing Employers?
If you have begun a new job - or will start a new job soon, we will help you set up electronic deposit of your new paycheck into your Pelican account. We're here to make this transition easy for you. Here are some forms you may need:
Direct Deposit Form - Complete this form and give this to your new employer to have your paycheck electronically deposited into your Pelican account.
Transfer Authorization Form - Complete this form and give it to any Pelican representative to have funds automatically transferred to make Pelican loan payments. You can choose how frequently you want the transfer to occur. You can also transfer funds to your Pelican savings account to help you save effortlessly!
ACH Origination Authorization - Complete this form if you have your paycheck directly deposited to another financial institution, but you still want to set up automatic payments for your Pelican loan. You can also transfer funds into a savings account to help you save effortlessly!

LASERS Authorization for Direct Deposit - Complete this form and give it to any Pelican representative to have your entire state retirement payroll amount deposited into your checking or savings account.
LASERS Deduction Authorization Form - Complete this form and give it to any Pelican representative to have a specific chosen dollar amount to be sent from LASERS to your Pelican account. You can have it credit a loan to make automatic payments or sent to a savings account to help you save effortlessly!
Free Credit Counseling
Pelican has five certified Credit Counselors available to meet with you one-on-one in a confidential setting. This service is completely free for Pelican members. Our counselors can help you make a budget, improve your credit and save for the future. They will provide you with a free credit report as well as guidance to help you reach your financial goals. Hardship Loan Modifications
Pelican understands that events out of your control may be making it difficult to repay your loan. There are modifications available that may apply to the terms of your loan that can ease the burden of debt while you are out of work. Loan modifications are judged on a case‐by-case basis.
