Scheduled System Downtime

From Sunday, September 30, 2018, at 6:00 pm to Monday, October 1, 2018, at 2:00 am CST, Pelican State CU will experience system downtime as we transfer members acquired from a recent merger to our system.

The following services will be unavailable: Online and Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit, Bill Pay and Pelican Teller automated telephone banking. 

Card/ATM Access:

  • Members can use their Pelican debit and credit cards to access their account to make purchases or withdraw funds from ATMs during this time. However, some purchase and withdrawal amounts may be limited.
  • If your card is denied, please try again after the scheduled downtime.
  • You may be able to view a balance via the ATM when you deposit or withdraw funds during this time, but it may not be in real time and is not guaranteed to be accurate.
  • We recommend making note of the amount in your account before the scheduled downtime and depositing and withdrawing as needed based on the noted amount, while also taking into consideration any upcoming debits and credits.
