Your security is our top priority. Please be aware of these current scam situations to ensure that your account information remains safe:

Debit Card

If you receive a text message from Pelican State CU Mobile Alert stating that your card has been locked and to call 800-460-9518 (an automated service that asks for the last four digits of your card number, ATM PIN and zip code), do NOT call the phone number.

Pelican will never ask you to provide your card number and PIN via phone, text or email. If you or someone you know has received a text or phone call like this, please report it your financial institution immediately. If you are ever in doubt, please reach out to your financial institution before providing any personal information. We are always more than happy to assist you to find out if there is a problem with your card or account!

Pelican@Net (Online Banking)

If you enter a temporary password and a phone number pops up on the screen for you to call, do NOT call the phone number. You are not on the correct Pelican@Net Online Banking site, and scammers will remote into your computer and gain access of your account. Pelican will NEVER ask to remote into any of your devices.

Always make sure that you are visiting the correct site to login to your Pelican account online. For your security, each time you login, verify the image on the left is the image you selected as your Personal Identification Image. Click here to securely login to Pelican@Net Online Banking.
