Free Kids Bike Race - Monroe
Get ready for a wheelie good time! Strap on your helmets and join us for Pelican's annual FREE Kids Bike Race! Kids age 12 and under (and their parents or guardians) are invited to get out in the sunshine and enjoy this healthy, free event. Participants receive an exclusive Petey Racer Medal and t-shirt, plus a goody bag. Enjoy food and drinks, meet Petey the Pelican, win door prizes, and participate in activities, games, and more—absolutely free!

Rougarou Fest - Houma
Get ready for a weekend of FREE family-friendly festivities, with a spooky flair that celebrates the rich folklore that exists along the bayous of Southeast Louisiana. Ethel Precht Hope Breast Cancer Walk - Lake Charles
Get ready for a memorable walk to raise funds and provide vital financial support to individuals in Calcasieu and Cameron undergoing breast cancer treatment. Get your tickets and see firsthand the positive impact that this event has made in lives of breast cancer patients and survivors here in Southwest Louisiana. Pelican will also have a raffle, where you get have a chance to win a door prize!

Touch a Truck Trick or Treat - West Monroe
Join Petey and the Pelican team for a day of family fun, where kids of all ages can touch, climb, and explore a variety of trucks and big rigs! This interactive event helps raise money to support families of children with disabilities and adults with disabilities. Get in the spirit and wear your Halloween costume and Trick or Treat at each vehicle if you'd like!

Lake Charles Chamber Annual Golf Tournament - Westlake
Join us on the green this fall! With over 200 golfers, the 24th Annual Chamber SWLA Golf Tournament is one of the largest business to business golf outings of the year. Pelican will be setting up a tent on a hole and have a specialty prize and drinks for golfers. Play as an individual or join a team!

Houma Elks Derby Extravaganza
Join Pelican and the Houma Elks Lodge for a fun and entertaining family day! Thousands of rubber ducks wil be racing down the bayou while attendees enjoy live music, delicious food, local vendors, and family-friendly activities. Also, every duck you sponsor will go towards their Veteran outreach programs.
